Since it announced a three-year action plan in March to support young people to make innovations and launch their own businesses, SIP has welcomed 45,000 young professionals who are under the age of 35 and hold at least a junior college degree, demonstrating increasing appeal to young talents.

SIP’s support for young talents started from the job hunting stage, including transportation allowance for young job hunters and internship and probation subsidies which have benefited thousands of people so far this year.
For fresh graduates to settle in SIP, a subsidy ranging from RMB800-1,500/month is provided according to the applicant’s academic degree.

For startup founders, SIP offers support in multiple forms, such as rent-free offices, partnering and networking events and funds.

Moreover, there are a number of free accommodation sites in SIP for temporary stay of young job hunters, and increasing well-equipped rental apartment communities designed for young people from outside the park.
Apart from that, a talent who does not own a house in SIP and has paid into the social insurance fund or paid individual income tax in SIP for at least six months can get a “housing coupon” of RMB70,000 to 250,000 based on academic degree for buying a house from the designated residential quarters.
