The event held at Monash University’s Suzhou institute in SIP on Oct 30 set a bridge for collaboration between higher education institutions and enterprises in commercializing research findings.

The event attracted about 100 participants including experts and scholars from domestic and overseas universities and research institutes and executives of companies focusing on biomedicine, new materials, new-generation information and other advanced technologies.
The event included a brief introduction to Monash University’s innovative platforms built in SIP for the purpose of accelerating commercialization of R&D outcomes.


A number of enterprises presented their latest R&D achievements and shared cases of successful cooperation with schools.
Eight technology innovation projects, including an integrated device for early cervical cancer screening based on AI-powered imaging, were presented, and the project teams and those interested in their projects discussed details about potential cooperation in R&D and commercialization.
