SIP has set clear targets since its inception to attract high-end projects of Fortune 500 enterprises and industry-leading enterprises as well as high-end resources and talents.
SIP invited over 200 guests from Fortune 500 enterprises, enterprises ranking among the top 50 in their sectors, China’s centrally-administered State-owned enterprises and well-known private enterprises to the Suzhou Global Investment Promotion Conference.
During the event, SIP signed agreements with partners for over 130 projects with a total investment of more than RMB60 billion. Of these projects, 28 were foreign-invested projects, with a total investment of about US$3 billion. SIP thus ranked first in Suzhou in terms of investments attracted through the event.
Among the projects are the AGNO Pharma’s small molecule drug CDMO base, Trescal’s headquarters for business management in China, and CapitaLand’s industrial project.
